Payment Terms

We can also accept credit card transactions over the telephone (Mastercard, Maestro (Switch), or Visa etc) or cheques in the post. VAT is charged at the current UK rate. A receipt will be sent to you together with your order. We cannot exchange or refund any money on items that have been used. If a product arrives damaged, please inform us immediately by telephone. If you have ordered the wrong goods we will be happy to exchange them provided you pay the postage both ways, and they are returned to us in perfect condition within 28 days of purchase, please always obtain and keep proof of posting. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it will be forwarded on to you at the earliest opportunity. We must be notified within 7 days from date of receipt of goods of any damage or shortage. Because of bank charges we have to make a charge of 50p on refunds to cover the credit card companies charge to us.
