Cosmic Shimmer - Pixie Powder

A dry mica pearl powder and dye mix for creating shimmering colourful effects on any porous surface. Shake bottle before use, to mix the elements. Wet your paper or card then gently puff on some powder mix.  Add some more water using a brush or spray bottle and watch as the colours appear.   Bottle size: 30ml
